This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo is located at the El Dorado Building, a well known and popular vacation property. Located right on Los Muertos Beach in the heart of Puerto Vallarta this large, 1400 sf tropical condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one king bed and two single beds, a charming dining area, a very large kitchen complete with all cooking utensils and all the comforts of home. This first level unit is approximately 30 feet above the beach level and has all the comforts you could want.

From your private patio you will overlook a beautifully landscaped courtyard with the ocean in the background. The building has a computer room with books, DVDs and CDs for your personal enjoyment. There are 3 computers available and if you just want to check email or have your data stored on the cloud you can leave your laptop at home and use the complimentary computers. The swimming pool is large and inviting as you over look the beach and spectacular ocean views.

The El Dorado building is ln the very popular Romantic Zone of Old Town where you will find many restaurants, bars, shops, fun things to do, night clubs and of course you are right on the beach. There are numerous beach front restaurants including several in front of the El Dorado. Simply go down to the beach, pick a table, chairs or loungers, an umbrella and stay all day and enjoy the beach. Just order a drink or snacks and meals. The famous Malecon starts at the El Dorado building and you can walk all the way through town along the water’s edge enjoying all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

The building has desk coverage 7 days/week in high season, 6 days/week in low season and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Maid service is 6 days/week and guests are provided with a key to the security gate which you must have in order to gain entry into the building. Large bottles of purified water is located on each level of the building and are complimentary for guest use. No need to buy bottled water. The building water supply is totally save for all use and the bottled water is simply a complimentary convenience for our guests.

Right outside the building are plenty of taxis 7×24 and transportation is never a problem.
